Because we sell digital products delivered instantly, this Refund Policy is designed to comply with the rules of Stripe, Shopify Payments, and PayPal.

 


 

1. Digital Products & Refund Eligibility

All Wellness Home products are digital-only.
Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.

As a result:

  • All sales are final by default

  • Refunds are not guaranteed after access is provided

 


 

2. Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • Duplicate purchases made accidentally

  • Technical issues preventing access that cannot be resolved

  • Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions (subject to verification)

 


 

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:
